Not been training on the Helm for a few weeks. Run from home, it is a warm muggy evening and the mist rolls in.
We are again training on race walking, at the far side, far end...the big climb, 2 sets of 5 reps with a couple of vagaries en route. I work hard but find it really hard, its feels like my weekend has finally caught up on me.
It is a relief when the session ends and I amble down the hill to home - need drink, food and shower.
